The following terms and conditions apply to the use of, and orders placed on the www.warped-textiles.com website. By placing an order with Warped Textiles you will of deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Warped Textiles.
Orders & Payment – Our fabrics and products are mill and hand-woven in small batches, making them limited edition. All items are sold on a first come, first served basis. If you have placed an order for a product which has sold out we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when one will be available for you. Please also note that hand-woven fabric is produced in small runs and may have to be made to order. We will notify you if this is the case at the time of order. Payment for orders made on our online store are accepted via Paypal as it’s fast, safe and secure. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can use Paypal to process a credit card or debit card payment instead. All prices quoted on our website are in pounds sterling. Please remember that your order will become legally binding as soon as we have accepted it and will not be dispatched until we have received payment in full. Prices and availability of item(s) and postage are subject to change without prior notice. If you wish to add products to your order, change your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us as soon as possible – call +44 (0)7900465559 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Packages returned to us that need to be sent out again will incur another postage charge.
Delivery – UK Customers – Providing your item is in stock we aim to dispatch it to you to you within 5 working days (please note Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days). Our usual shipping cost is calculated once you add the product to your shopping cart. We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses (for example Highlands and Islands).
Deliveries may require a signature on acceptance. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the courier may leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Some missed deliveries may need to be collected or rescheduled by you. Please ensure you collect or re arrange delivery within the time stipulated on the delivery note, as Warped Textiles reserves right to re-charge postage on items that are returned to us.
Increases in seasonal demand, for example the run up to Christmas and factors beyond our control, maybe occasional result in longer delivery times. We will endeavor to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.
Overseas Shipping and Tax – Warped Textiles cushions are sent without inserts for customers outside of the UK & EU. This is due to the cost of shipping, however if you would like them sent with an insert for an additional charge then please get in touch.
All our product prices are in UK GBP and exclude VAT. You are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment will be required for customs to release your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order. Warped Textiles does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations & Returns – We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Warped Textiles however if for any reason you are not then please get in touch in the first instance and we will try to resolve the issue. Returned goods should be sent to us within 14 days of receipt of our delivery, provided they are returned with their labels on, in the original packaging and undamaged. All parcels that are sent back are done so at the customer’s own risk, therefore we would advise using special delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
A full refund will be made to the original purchaser, less postage. This will be made via the original method of payment within 30 days providing the goods are returned in a sale-able condition. Please email us ahead of sending any goods back at email@example.com so we know to expect them and can send you a returns address.
