For the third year running, Wasps Artist and Makers Market will be taking place this December in the beautiful Briggait. This free one day event will be showcasing work from studio holders and other makers from across Scotland. This unique market is the perfect way to do your Christmas shopping whilst supporting artists, makers and independent businesses at the same time. All work will be for sale, bought directly from the artists, ranging from fine art to design and crafts.

Saturday 7th December from 11am – 5pm in the Briggait

There will be hot food, hot drinks and a host of Christmas cheer on offer!

Scotland’s Trade Fair runs from 20 to 22 January 2019. The Craft Gallery is a partnership between Craft Scotland and the Trade Fair organisers, Springboard Events Ltd, and is designed to showcase the talent and variety of craft makers in Scotland. The team behind the international magazine Selvedge bring a curated collection of twenty five merchants and makers to Edinburgh. The exhibitors sell a range of rare vintage fabrics, covetable haberdashery and skilfully handmade textile treasures.
